Pinch of Nom's Berry Toastie is served on a white and orange plate, on top of a bright orange place mat. A cup of tea waits nearby, and a small metal pot of maple syrup. The toastie has been cut into two triangles, and one rests on top of the other. The mixed berry filling can be seen in-between slices of golden toast, and icing sugar has been sprinkled over the top. The toastie is drizzled with maple syrup.

  • 2 slices of Danish Lighter white bread
  • 40 g frozen mixed berries, defrosted
  • 2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 tsp reduced-fat spread
