Peanut butter and jelly were just made to go together! We’ve taken inspiration from the American-style sweet and savoury flavour combo to come up with this easy-peasy baked oats recipe. We’ve used peanut butter powder to keep things slimming friendly, and then all you need to do is add a dollop of your favourite fruity jam in the middle – we’ve gone for strawberry. That’s breakfast sorted!
