
Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oats | Slimming & Weight Watchers Friendly
Peanut butter and jelly were just made to go together! We’ve taken inspiration from the American-style sweet and savoury flavour combo to come up with this easy-peasy baked oats recipe. We’ve used peanut butter powder to keep things slimming friendly, and then all you need to do is add a dollop of your favourite fruity jam in the middle – we’ve gone for strawberry. That’s breakfast sorted!

Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 175 g fat-free natural yoghurt
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1 tbsp white granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp reduced-sugar strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Add the yoghurt, peanut butter powder, sweetener and egg to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and combined.
- Add the oats and mix until combined with the yoghurt mixture.
- Pour the oat mixture into an ovenproof dish and place the jam in the middle of the oats.
- Place the dish onto a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes until risen. Remove from the oven and serve.
